My remote is asking for a ip address and I can’t find it
One additional recommendation of your Spectrum App continues to freeze up… get to Settings inside the Spectrum App and Sign Out the App then sign in with your Spectrum Mobile User Name and Password. Then restart your modem, router and Roku box.
Took me 2 hours to figure that one out.
Called Spectrum for fix of problem. I have Spectrum modem and my own Asus router. Was told that fix was:
1. Unplug power from both modem and router.
2. Restart modem and wait for it reset…minute or two usually.
3. Restart router and wait for it reset.
This took care of the problem.
