There are two ways to change netflix profile on roku.
At First, you can change the roku netflix profile when you login to the app and you are given a option to select profile. If you want to switch netflix profile here, you can close the app, start again and choose a different profile.

How to Change Netflix Profile on Roku
If you don’t want to sign out of Netflix user account but only want to switch between different Netflix profiles, that’s also possible on Roku.
Step 1: On the Netflix home screen, Press the left while you are on Netflix and you will see the Netflix menu options.
Step 2: From there, find your profile picture, which will be on the top left corner of the screen, and click on it.
Step 3: You will see a number of profiles if you have added them before. Select anyone you want to change it to.
Or you can close the Netflix on Roku, then relaunch it. You should see an option to choose your profile from the available profiles.
Select a profile and continue streaming your favorite Netflix show.
Netflix lets you create a maximum of five profiles. You can select any profile depending on your preference.
